8kg wash and 5kg drying capacity

The WDIK854441 provides an 8kg maximum washing load, making it suitable for everyday laundry in small to medium-sized UK households. When using the drying functions, the maximum capacity is 5kg.

As with most washer dryers, the lower drying capacity means that a full 8kg washing load cannot all be dried in one 5kg drying cycle. For continuous washing and drying without removing items between cycles, the load needs to remain within the 5kg drying limit.

Its maximum 1400rpm spin speed helps remove moisture from clothes before the drying stage, while the official energy-label data gives it a B spin-efficiency class.

ProSmart™ Inverter Motor

Wash and dry 1kg in 60 minutes

For clothes that need to be ready quickly, the Wash & Wear programme can wash and dry up to 1kg – approximately five shirts – in around 60 minutes under Beko's stated conditions.

This is particularly useful for work clothes, school uniforms or last-minute laundry where running separate full washing and drying cycles would be unnecessary.

Beko specifies 15 programmes, covering general washing, delicate garments, drying and combined wash-and-dry cycles. Wi-Fi connectivity

The WDIK854441 has Wi-Fi connectivity, distinguishing it from some closely related Beko integrated washer dryers that use Bluetooth. Beko's official specification explicitly lists connectivity as WiFi.

The full-load Eco 40–60 washing programme takes 3 hours 38 minutes, while the standard full wash-and-dry cycle is rated at 8 hours 30 minutes. These are regulatory Eco programme measurements and should not be confused with the much faster Daily Quick and Wash & Wear programmes.
