ActiveSteam cooking

The ActiveSteam system adds controlled humidity to oven cooking. An extractable water drawer supplies the steam system, with automatic settings designed for foods including bread, desserts, fish, meat and vegetables.

Steam can help maintain moisture while cooking, making it particularly useful for bread that needs a crisp exterior and soft centre, as well as meat, fish and vegetables where retaining moisture is important.

Published UK retailer specifications give the water tank capacity as 500ml.

Built-in Air Fry function
